Returns
Eligibility for Returns
- The return process must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom-made products, or clearance items, are non-returnable.
Return Process

- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return shipping address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping service.
- Once received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your return.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds
Eligibility for Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method ONLY.
- Refunds are processed within 2 business days after the return is received and inspected.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund after the processing period, check with your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges
- If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
- To request an exchange, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
